Payment
Rise & Restore does not accept health insurance. Payment is due according to the payment terms communicated before the session or package purchase. Reduced-rate services may be available in limited circumstances at the discretion of Rise & Restore.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged 50% of the scheduled session rate. The fee may be waived for emergencies or circumstances outside the client’s reasonable control.
Packages
Package sessions are intended for the purchasing client and should be used within the time period stated at purchase. Any expiration, refund, transfer, or unused-session policy should be disclosed in writing before payment.
